Go have rotor,s and brake pad,s checked.

Rotors are most likely warped due to heat caused by hard braking. The rotors maybe machined even again or may have to be replaced depending on how thick they are. Cause is usually city driving where braking too hard or fast by driver & lack of air flow driving in stop & go driving.
