2012 Chrysler 200-Windshield Wipers only work sometimes!

I have a 2012 Chrysler 200 sedan. The windshield wipers don't always work when I turn
them on. Sometimes they will, then they will stop either up or halfway up. Sometimes
they work fine. Sometimes won't work for like 10-15 minutes, then work fine. Replaced
the motor but still having the problem. Ideas?

Check the wiper relay,then if good may be the assembly switch it self is bad.
