FIXED! EASY! I had been dealing with this for 2 weeks now. Won't start, clicks, but all the lights flash and it wouldn't turn over, but jumping it worked. I opened the box, also known as the "brains" TIPM, or fuse box. I noticed that one of the large gray blocks had been loose, so loose, that it was crooked, almost out.i pushed it down, and all of the other fuses and gray boxes down. Don't pay the dealer THOUSANDS of dollars when you can try that first. It probably also could be a fuse, so make sure all fuses are working properly. You can also find videos on resetting your computer, it's actually way easier than you think. After After recharging my battery with a portable charger, I put it in jump mode, and before turning it over, I held down the ignition button for 12 seconds, and within 10 seconds of that that time I pushed the gas pedal 3 times. (I saw that on a mechanics youtube). Or you can get a rebuilt TIPM for $200 - $300, but I didn't have to do ANY of that. Just make sure all of the fuses are secure, recharge your battery, because the battery has probably been drained. Also, there are common issues with chrysler and dodge with the fuel relay, so it is could be what's draining your battery because the TIPM may need to be reset... or, like mine, the fuses had come loose. That's it!
