If it has been sitting that long the fuel is bad to start with. So then you need to find out if it is fuel or spark related, spray some starter fluid down the intake and crank it over, if it fires even briefly then it is fuel, if it doesn't then it is spark. Do you hear the fuel pump run for a few seconds when you first turn on the key? If not then the possibilities of the pump being bad are very high as they don't handle sitting very well, voltage will need to be checked to the pump to verify it has power, if the pump has to be replaced the tank will need to be dropped down so the fuel can be drain and disposed of at that time. Remember to replace the fuel filters and relay at the same time. Now if it is spark, the engine control systems will have to be checked, you can try the Chrysler flash out code reader too see if there are any codes, but as it has been sitting that long I doubt there will be any due to system memory loss.

Thanks for your speedy reply. It doesn't seem to be cranking? Andy ideas

These are known to hav bad solenoid contacts inside the starter solenoid that sits on top of the starter. Does it make just one click when you turn the key to the crank position? If so then that is the most likely problem, however you may want to dp a voltage drop test on the cables first, sitting that long corrosion can run rampant inside the cables.

How much would you sell it for

Hi I would accept £4500 for it Thanks andy

Well I had this problem for 2 weeks and found out it was the Dorman ignition eacuator. And my car did crank.
