The upstream 02 sensor (HEGO)- heated exhaust gas oxygen sensor, is active it helps control the fuel mixture by sending a signal to the PCM the trucks computer, the down stream simply monitors indicating the upstream 02s function,not an active control.after 80,000 I suggest you can 02 sensor as simple maintenance.Even if there in no check engine like or code. Generic code P0058 HO2S Heater Control Circuit High. 4 wire 02 sensor
