The door latch is replaceable. Have you tried lubricating it first?

Take it to a body shop. It may just need to be adjusted. Try lubricating the latch first by spraying a small amount of white lithium grease into the latch on the door frame.

The Sebring has a long heavy door, the hinges / hinge pin can get worn out over time.
