I changed the battery checked all connections i have juice but when i turn the key nothing no clicking nothing the power windows work heater fan reading lights , no radio and no cranking

Ok after you did all that then you may be getting in to starter or starter solenoid problems, OR, try starting it in neutral instead of park, and make sure foot on brake petal. If it's a manual, try a push start ans see what happens, if it runs with a push start, back to starter bad. There IS a way, dangerous, be very safety conscious and turn key to 'on' and take a jumper cable, you might have to use 2, from 'plus', or positive battery terminal directly to starter cable lug or simply jump the solenoid

fuse 8 or 9 replace the fuse with a 20A circuit breaker, there are also TWO fused branch circuits downstream of that, its simply the collected load ahas gotten to close to the blow current when the key is turned, a circuit breaker doesnt trip as fast and the car will be fine

Try replacing a fuse . Most common problem in these cars .
