Hi. I have a Chrysler Sebring JXI convertible (2000) and I have two electrical issues:1) Horn doesn't work2) Lighter doesn't work. Any ideas how to fix these things?Thanks, Panos

Lighter - look for a 20 amp fuse. Horn - look for a fuse and a relay

Relay for horn is in under hood panel.press horn button listen for clicking lh side of dash,if clicking check to see if horns are plugged in horns are located near center of front 6in above fog lights. Check fuses. In fuse panel located lh side of dash w door open

Lighter i believe is no.5

Horns and amp are # 8 its 20 amp. Lighter is in the under hood fb. Legend is on underside of cover
