I HAVE A 2008 CHRYSLER SEBRING TOURING AND THE LIGHTING BOLT
CAME ON. THE CAR RUNS  NORMAL BUT I STILL NEED TO FIX THAT
LIGHT. ANYONE KNOW HOW?

It means you have a problem with the electronic throttle control system. Have the system checked out by your mechanic. It could be the throttle body itself to a wiring or sensor issue.
