Can I put 225/75 R15 to Chrysler Voyage 2002?

I have 215/65R15 tires and want to put 225/75R15 instead.

The other tires are approximately 10mm wider and 29mm taller. So as long as you have that much clearance and the tire will fit the rim then they should work.
