Hello! I have a 2005 Ford Mustang Convertible and I am looking to buy the latch catch assembly for the top. The left side has broken. Not the latch...the catch part on the windshield side. Thanks!

Rockauto doesn't have it. Neither do dealers. Neither does Ebay. Neither does American Muscle. I'm guessing it's part of the frame, and not a separate replaceable part. Mine is broke on the same side, same year mustang.

Marcus: you know, it doesn't hurt to look in your local junkyard, a 2005, should be in abundance ..........hope this helps

Did you ever find this? Same year, same side as well. I'm about to go to Home Depot and figure something out.

Hell no. I called 3 dealers, junk-yards, bodyshops. Looked on EBay, and every parts store I could find online. The part does not exist. I haven't looked under the plastic yet but I'm willing to bet its part of the frame...so I'm just going to weld some washers on my this spring.

I found it!!! It's called a (2005-2010 Ford Mustang Convertible Left Driver Sun Visor Retainer Bracket OEM). I took the sun visor off using a T25 (torx) and then pulled off the plastic driver side pillar. Then used a T30 to take off the bracket. It has a part number on it (N3KPB) but I couldn't find it anywhere based off of that number. Here is a link to ebay where I found it for $65. Amazon has it for $85 too! http://www.ebay.com/itm/2005-2010-Ford-Mustang-Convertible-Left-Driver-Sun-Visor-Retainer-Bracket-OEM-/321734119049
