The back-lighting to all my dash, radio, light buttons has quit working. For a while they came on after about 10 minutes with the lights on, now they have quit working all together.

Ah, Cadillac Allante, it's a very fancy car. I knew someone who had this back in the 90s. Electrical problems are very tricky. I would advise taking it to your local independent mechanic. Good luck.

Do not bother with the dealer at this time. You will likely encounter a mechanic who was not even out of grade school when these were built. He repairs Allante Dash's everyday and has a big supply of used ones - if that is what you need. Check with him first before you spend any money.
