2010 Honda Civic Lx

My Honda Civic stopped showing audio display (clock and radio settings). I
took it to the dealer and they said we will have to replace stereo. But then 4
days later I pressed a volume button and display showed ENTER CODE
text. Unfortunately it's not taking any numbers I enter. It continues to display
ENTER CODE text but not doing anything. Is there a way to fix it without
replacing a stereo?

You need to enter the code for the radio to unlock it it always happen to me when the battery dies or unplug it
