sometimes when you go to shut the back passenger door it won't shut. it just bangs against the latch unless you put a screwdriver in the hole for the latch and turn to release it. any help

Spray some WD-40 in to the mechanism to free it up.

If that doesn't work, you might have to take the door panel off and latch to see what is the issue. You might need a new latch.
