Just got a new set of led headlights, I'm driving a
2008 Honda Civic dx. After installation the light

melting itself, what would be a reason this would be
your headlights are not designed for LED lights. LEDs draw minimal power compared to halogens. It's likely the car is oversupplying the LEDs with power and causing them to melt. Take them out ASAP and use regular halogens or change your housings out to a new set of headlights that are designed for LED lights.
Crappy aftermarket LED bulbs are a major problem. You can get good ones but check reviews. I use LED back up lights and they are great but they are not on all the time.
Sounds like you got the wrong ones, the numbers must match your stock bulbs, if you have projector lamps LED's they wont work, you must stick with projectors.
led headlight relatively stable，Low heat i'm aslo driving Honda Civic10,Changed novsight led headight is good.
