ac Freon leaked out

All my freon leaked out it took about a week
for all to leak out I could hear it when taking
off or backing up what should I check first

You need to have a AC professional hook up AC gauges to your car on the high and low side ports to determine there is no refrigerant and check for a leak. They will then inject a dye into the system to find it. Replace the part or parts and refill your system. Then recheck for leaks and consider the job complete.
