Engine shuts down. Cannot giver over certain speed. Have to pull over and restart after a few mins. Does this probably every 10 mins. Replaced the entire throttle body. Stil not fixed

I have 2000 chevy tahoe it has gas and battery is good. It starts up but then dies with in a couple of seconds what else could be causing this issue?
