In my 02 Durango 4.7 v8 I replaced ignition coils, filters, hoses, battery & plugs the truck had misfires and started dying. What can I do to see if it's the catalytic converter or vacuum leak?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

It dies when you let off the gas. It has to be
jumped every time it dies. Even with a new
battery and terminals. It sounds bad when it
runs like an exhaust problem. I swapped
out relays to see if it helped but can't figure
it out.
