When my headlighs are on, they are on bright, even when you click the bright switch, no change still bright

sounds like your dimmer switch is bad.

Thank you, is this hard to fix and is there a youtube video that shows how to do it? If you know that answer... Again thank you..

There are lots of YouTube videos, but they may not be for your exact vehicle. If you are handy and like to do this stuff it might not be to bad. I would go and watch a few videos on the subject and get an idea what you are up against. It would not hurt to have a Haynes or Chilton manual for the job either. There is a probability that you will have to remove some parts from your dashboard, and on the steering column.
