heat on even when switch turned off/ac wont come on at all.

my heat is on-cant change either up or down temp-ac wont switch on. i think
there is something wrong in the control panel. its fully electronic.

Is the AC compressor not coming on to cool the inside of the car? Or, is the heat not coming on to to raise the temperature inside?

I have a problem with my controlling my heat and air conditioner on a ford explorer Eddie bauer 2006 it won't shut off how do you shot it off
