If I leave the car over night it battery runs down, I can hear a noise like a fan or? after
turning off the engine, what is draining the battery? batteries good, alternators
charging!had a quick diagnostic and the numbers P1603 and P1111came up,

1 Answer

P1603 means that the battery was disconnected with the ignition turned on. Apparently on a Jaguar you can't do that. Code P1111 means that the computer has completed all diagnostic testing and everything is ok. Try this, with your keys in your pocket, disconnect the negative (-) battery cable for 1 minute. Then reconnect the negative (-) battery cable and start it up. If this doesn't work your best bet is take it to your local Jaguar Dealer or a shop that specializes in high end imports. HTH. -Jim
