Rear driver side turn signal went out. New bulbs, new circuit board. Any ideas?

So my rear driver side turn signal went out in
my 95 Chevy pick up. After replacing the bulb, it
still did not work, so I replaced the circuit board
as well. Still, the turn signal does not work. The
board is getting power, because when using a
light tester, it blinks in time to the signal. Any
help would be great.

Check the grounds, real problem with these after they get some age on them.
