Rear driver side turn signal went out. New bulbs, new circuit board. Any ideas?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

So my rear driver side turn signal went out in
my 95 Chevy pick up. After replacing the bulb, it
still did not work, so I replaced the circuit board
as well. Still, the turn signal does not work. The
board is getting power, because when using a
light tester, it blinks in time to the signal. Any
help would be great.

Check the grounds, real problem with these after they get some age on them.
