What do the two switches under the headlight switch control?

Bought the truck recently, no owners manual, don't know what the switches do. one switch slides the other is a rocker style.

One should be for the fog lights and the other is for rear de-frost

I believe the slider is for the dash lights -- turning them up or dimming them.
