No power to brake light , power seats, lights, horn, speed control.and fan only runs when the air conditioner is on

All the fuses are good . And there are relays left side of fuse box I don't know how to find which one. No place sells books and it's not in the owner's manual. I just need to know which relay comtrols all that. Thanks
