i just replaced the brakes, rotors, calipers and a wheel cylinder, on a 06 town and counrty. i bleed the from the farest point to the master cylinder till it was just flowing brake fluid. and the brake pedal stil goes to he floor. there/s no leaks i'm lost on either it; the power booster or abs module
i bleed lines from the farest wheel up to the m/c. and there no visable leaks
how do i know if its the power booster or the abs module
Have a helper press the pedal and keep one foot under the pedal. opem the line fittings at the master one at a time. repeat the same one a few times before moving to another. if you get bubbles or spitting. keep doing it. If you do not get anything there, raise the vehicle and run it and apply the brake a few times. do not let it travel all the way to the floor and stop. keep one foot under the pedal. after cycling the abs valves with your running attempt. bleed all 4 wheels again. If you have already damaged the master's internal seals. get another one. Do not bench bleed. install and repeat the procedure. gently slowly and not all the way to the floor.
