When I turn the wheel it makes the same noise it's hard to describe the best way to describe is a popping noise. Like something's catching it happens sometimes while I'm driving and when I press the breaks. What could this be??

Keep in mind I've replaced the pads
and cv axle

Maybe both your CV shafts are bad. Did you replace one or both. A "popping" or "clicking" on turns is usually a bad outer CV (Constant Velocity) joint. Happened to me many years ago on a '78 Cadillac Eldorado. Both shafts went bad together. HTH. -Jim
