Why does my car shut off while driving

Dashboard lights trun on and off and car power downs
slowly

I'm wondering if you have the same problem I do. I cleaned the battery and the ground contacts but still had the problem. Let me know if you find anything. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AAY6LJ6PLLw
