i have a 2002 S type and i feel vibration in front end, pulling to left too. Does this mean struts are bad? or???

also, in the morning when i first start out...press on gas while turning right (going uphill) it hesitates sharply...it also does this in the afternoon after sitting all day and once again i'm turning right going uphill.

It does sound like the struts will need to be looked at...
