Stop, turn and tail LED Lights just flash on and off

Asked by Jun 29, 2017 at 01:51 PM about the 2000 Buick Park Avenue Ultra FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I recently replaced all of my stop, turn and tail lights with new LED Lights
when I was finished all the new LED BULBS just flashed on and off over
and over.  I don't understand why they are the same replacement number ?
Do I need a new or different relay or fuses. Could someone please explain
why all the new LED BULBS just flashed and some even started to burn up
in the sockets.  I'm really not a car guy , I'm Lost

Some of the LED's need a resistor block installed so the modules will reconise them and allow proper function, usually there is a warning label with bulbs saying so. I have installed a few LED systems some car need the resistors others do not, I even switched all of my vehicles over to LED's and did not need resistors, but my neighbors vehicle did. Read the instruction carefully.
