it feels like it pushes at low speed

when taking off at about 10mph it bumps the car forward and again at about 20mph  ita a automatic transmission

Did it just start doing this? There could be a build up in the filter, you could also have some shift solenoid trouble just starting, take to a tranny shop and have them drive it.
