My 85 Celica GTS Vonvertible headlights is not turning on, it pops up & down with no problem. I replaced the relay in th engine compartment & checked fuses, no luck. Please help.

It turned out to be a faulty switch, I had to replace the entire headlight and signal light switch on the steering column.
