Im trying to find someghing cheap
like 1000 or less really like
400or500 is better even if it needs
fixed could even be wrecked

Call your local car dealers. They often have some cheap car trade-ins that they don't want to fix up and resell. If they take it to the auction, they won't get much for their wasted time and money. And Craigslist is a good place to find a bargain.
