Stalling out only when the car is warmed up

after the car has been warned up for awhile I come
to a stop the oil light comes on and the car dies I
checked oil lvls everything is full I ran a code reader
and told me to replace the rely switch to the 2nd
cooling fan But problem stilled remains I'm lost it
only accurs after its warmed up

Can you restart the car in park and get it to neutral? Then once you put it into gear it stalls and dies on you unless you give it some gas?

Yes I can give it a lil gas to keep the rpms up then it's fine it only happens when I slow down
