2004 F250 4wd 5.4 L
Engine light is on. Had it analized at auto zone and they told me it was one of several
co2 sensors, Engine idles good when cold then starts to lope. Where do I start when
replacing or checking sensors?
It would be more helpful if you posted the 4 digit code that auto zone pulled.
Have an O2 code doesn't always mean the O2 sensor is faulty, just that it is detecting an incorrect fuel/air mixture.
The only time you need to replace the o2 sensor is if it shows a bad heater circuit. Give us the codes they gave you and we will try and help you fix it.
