When should you replace O2 sensors

I have approx: 154,000 on 2004 Highlander and have read somewhere O2 sensors are only good for 100,00 miles then need replaced. What's the scoop?

If you are not getting a warning light on the dash, and are not picking up any codes, then leave them alone.

When they go bad

The only way to find out if they are bad and need changed is when your engine light turns on and you read it for codes like Rowefast stayed.
