I believe the '94 Celica GT came with a 2.2-liter, 135-horsepower 5S-FE DOHC engine. You can find complete specifications for the engine on our Specs tab: http://www.cargurus.com/Cars/Overview-t17947-1994-Celica-2-Dr-GT-Coupe.html. Enjoy, RenegadeOfFunk!

why does everyone say that it came with a 2.2 134 cubic inch engine it actually came with 3 different engines just like the 92's a 1.6, a 2.0, and a 2.2 and to correct a few people a 2.2 only had a 134 horsepower

to boylue84, I'm no expert, but I think the GT designates the 2.2 engine. Please corrrect if I'm wrong- still learning my way around my 94 GT hatchback

My gt is a 1.8
