Have 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix gtp with new starter,battery car cranks but it won't start

Could be your starter (if it turns over, but doesn't start) You can go to a local parts store and they may test it for you, usually free of charge. It could also be a vacuum line that is cracked or not connected all the way.
