my ac is blowing out hot air in my 2004 Pontiac grand Prix ....I have put refrigerate in it n it will stay cold that day but the next day it would be back hot what could be the problem

Sounds like you have a leak in the refrigeration system. You can tackle it one of two ways. Have the system leak tested and repaired. Or charge it again and add a can of sealant with the refrigerant. Most likely an "O" ring or hose has sprung a leak. I've used the sealant on my '03 S- 10 pick up with success. HTH. -Jim

Cost depends entirely on what's wrong. It could be the compressor, it could be the condenser, it could be a cracked line or a bad connection. You'll need to take the car in to have it diagnosed. Nobody will give you a quote over the phone.
