more & more into it but im kinda stuck still
owing the bank for the last transmission rip

Take it back to the shop that did the work and have a talk with them. Let them know how disappointed you are. Maybe they will be willing to service it and get the leaks stopped. There is likely nothing wrong with it other than the leaks.
