transmission fluid comes up through the dip stick tub and it runs rough when you give it some gas or full throttle it

Tranny is overheating, possible plugged tranny cooler or the tranimission is just about to go bye bye, other problem could be fuel related, replace the fuel filter then have the fuel pressure tested then the codes checked.

ok....lets forget the lock up converter...and the vent tube...also need more info...
