Do I need a new headlamp build if the light only works when I have the bright lights on

Is it just one side? If so you just need a new bulb. Most bulbs have 2 filaments in them, one for low, the other high beam. $8 at any auto parts store or Wally mart.

you dont have to build it just go to the store and buy a new bulb .
