1990 town car sometime starts and sometimes just clicks and sometimes nothing. battery new, alt. charging, please help

car seems to start when it wants to. sometimes starts,sometimes just clicks, sometimes nothing. battery and alt. good  has plenty of electrical power.

Clean up the battery posts, the battery cables, the ground straps. Any and all electrical connections.
