No blinkers on my 1998 gmc sierra

Why don't I have blinkers on my 1998 gmc
sierra but I do have brake lights and park
lights and hazard lights but no blinkers. I
changed the flasher and main switch in
sterring column and still no blinkers and
nothing in dash

Wish somebody would answer this. Sorry I can't. I rplced 1 whole tail lite assy complete Lft side, circuit board R side all new lights, 4 way flasher, all fuses good, and complete multi function assy in steering column and still have same problem. Everything works incl. 4 way flasher but still no turn signal lights at all. Driving me crazy. According to 2 parts stores the 4 way flasher is same as turn flasher. But I read on this site there are 1 for each. I dont see another. Hope you find this answer because I asked same question on this site several days ago and still no answer. Good luck friend
