I drive a 1998 GMC sierra 1500, and my running lights work but on the rear
passenger side my blinker, reverse light, and break light aren't working, i
replaced all three bulbs and a 30amp fuse and they're all still not working, not
sure how to fix this.

May be in the plugin underneath, Take it apart and look for corrosion, clean out the best you can, If you have a test light you can see if there is power at the plugin.
