Sounds like a dirty throttle body or sensor, try cleaning the mass air flow sensor or replacing it, also the EGR and DPFE sensor, pay attention to the rubber tubes to/from it, they can clog up with carbon. Cars been sitting for over 2 decades, every vacuum hose is now suspect. Some sea foam also wouldn't hurt, to clean things out.

Ken nailed it- the skunky gas probably gunked up the fuel injection. Blowing out the lines was only part of what it needed. Probably not delivering the fuel volume it needs. Check for pressure drop when you come off idle. Also, make sure spark isn't weak.

Have you checked the cyl compression? Sitting that long you may have frozen rings which is giving you low compression. The engine can run but will not get power to continue. Just an idea.
