How to unlock the engine of a 2002 PT Cruiser Chrystler

I have a 2002 PT Cruiser, and the engine locked the very next day after a service was done. What can I do to have
it unlocked and driving again please?

Well its. Complete dead....the lights and everything else goes on, but the motor does not want to turn. It only makes a click sound.

Contact whoever did the service. Was the oil changed? Did you run the engine with no oil in it & freeze the engine?
