2005 ford taurus - does not want to start.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

starts ok when ready to go places.  sometimes when you go back to the car it
will not start.  try a few times and nothing.  silence when trying to start no
clicking at all.  the other day it stalled while stopped at a red light.  a year ago
has installed new battery and new alternator.

I'd check the battery voltage and battery cables for corrosion as a first step. Let us know how you make out.
