How do you fix the seatbelt thats an automatic the shoulder belt

My 1993 ford tempo shoulder belt was removed and now wheni open the door the seat
belt stays forward i can not get it to move. Could it beoff track or do i need to replace the
whole thing? How much will it cost me? what part do i need?

Unfortunately this is a whole assembly. Most likely the cable that pulls the belt back and forth has broken. Your best bet would be to either get a replacement from a junk yard. HTH. -Jim
