Only if they are the source of the drain. What are these for and how are they supposed to function? I do not recognize them from your description.

They are the 2 white light on back of cab above rear window one on each side of break light so image they are back up lights, even 30 mins in park after shut down they would come on and off periodically if I didn't drive for 3-4 days batt would need jump, took the bulbs out, with the thought if there's nothing there to power then it can't parasitically drain the batt..

OK, I now know the parts you are having trouble with. Sorry for my ignorance. Sounds like you will need to do a trace back from the bulbs and sockets to the wiring connection at the fuse box. Not easy but it will tell you the source of your problem. Only alternative is to wholesale replace that lead between the two points. You may also need to evaluate the switch that turns them on and off. It, too, could be the problem.
