my steering is locking up almost everytime i make a left. turns into manual steering.

just a guess, I am assuming that there is no leak in the power steering system. I think there maybe something that is blocking the fluid path in the steering rack that enables an assisted left turn.

could be a blockage somewhere, could be your steering linkage is binding, could be in the steering column, have you checked tire pressures, ball joints, even the strut could affect how the steering operates.
